Facility Engineer: Immediate Joiner - FM Experience Only
Job Purpose:
This position is to lead teams comprising of Sr. technicians and multidiscipline technicians daily to ensure client facilities are handled on a superior basis. The daily tasks will include reactive works, planned preventative maintenance and minor capital works. The main objective is to excel the level of client expectations by ensuring you manage and deploy your resources efficiently and effectively.

QUALIFICATION:

• Appropriate Engineering Diploma, Bachelor and or Trade Certificate qualification matching the contract requirements.

EXPERIENCE

• 5 to 8 years post qualification experience within the maintenance services market sector preferably in a commercial or high rise building or the apartment complex demonstrating: sound knowledge of building systems, workload planning, customer service satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Core Competencies:

• Good written and spoken English
• Technical expertise including the planning of minor works, preventive and corrective jobs.
• Leadership qualities, especially team leadership skills and superior man management ability.
• Communication skills, focused towards fostering customer relations.

Salary Package: AED 4k - 6K
