Responsibilities

This is an exciting new opportunity for a FM Helpdesk & Estates Coordinator to join a busy fast paced reactive department. Working within the Estates Services Team, liaising and coordinating with 2 Contractor Compliance Coordinators to plan, prioritise and assign jobs as well as minute taking at contractor review meetings.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with contractor onboarding process, producing ID badges and requesting access authorisation from our security team.
  • Raising reactive tickets and jobs following emails, telephone calls and other contacts with customers and also raise purchase orders as required.
  • Allocating jobs to resources which supports the in-house maintenance team with their day-to-day operation and ensuring that the in-house maintenance team are completing jobs within the expected time frame, as well as successfully supporting them with their workload.
