YOUR BACKGROUND

At Parr FM, our Customer Service levels are what drives us and we are looking for like-minded individuals who are prepared to go above and beyond in delivering a great customer service experience .
You will have a proven track record within a customer service environment coupled with an effective communication style and great experience in handling telephone calls. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. You must have excellent I.T. skills and systems knowledge to be successful in this role.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Working a 40 hour week, the start and finish times will be between 8am-5pm with 30 minute lunch.
We need enthusiastic like minded individuals to join our team who thrive on going the extra mile to ensure the client requirements are met, so flexibility in your approach is ideal i.e. not minding working that little bit longer at times if in the middle of a call at 4.55pm

Responsibilities

Working on our Helpdesk, you will be part of a team that provides both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of trade skills including electrical, gas, plumbing, mechanical and fabric disciplines. Your role will involve dealing with customers on the phone, via email and also using different web based portals.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • Operating our Helpdesk switchboard and mailbox;
  • Logging jobs and quotes onto our in house FM system;
  • Scheduling reactive, quoted and maintenance works in for internal engineers;
  • Rescheduling of works when required;
  • Liaising with subcontractors when required;
  • Keeping clients updated on the phone, via email and using portals;
  • Chasing Updates;
  • Reviewing open jobs and aged work in progress.
