Description Title: Production Team Lead Department(s): Warehouse Gate Shop Reports to: Production Supervisor Job Summary: Oversee daily routine activities performed by the Assemblers, Press Operators and Routers departments on the warehouse, maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Essential job functions: Coordinate assembly activities for each shift to meet the day-to-day production Coordinate the amount of material needed from the press area to meet the day-to-day production Coordinate the work orders for the routers operators to meet the day-to-day production. Review orders and consulting with Management to resolve production problems. Coordinate movement of products/ materials from departments as needed. Verify material identification and condition as produced. Arrange for excess stock to be stored in warehouse and handles daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments. Ensure quality checks and safety goals for all departments. Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Bilingual (Spanish – English) - a plus Strong attention to detail Teamwork and Time Management a plus Must be able to heavy lifting (at least 30 lbs.)
