🚀 FM Sales Executive – Commercial Cleaning Remote | Sarajevo Team We’re hiring a driven FM Sales Executive to own the full sales journey — from first enquiry to signed contract. If you love closing deals, working with modern tools, and getting paid properly for performance, keep reading. 🔑 The Role You’ll manage inbound enquiries and turn them into signed clients using structured sales funnels, clear follow-ups, and disciplined scheduling. Day-to-day you will: Handle new inbound enquiries and progress them through the sales funnel Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to take leads from enquiry → proposal → contract signed Resurface and re-engage old leads (lost deals) from the database Run confident sales calls and video calls (A MUST) Create and send templated contracts and proposals Maintain accurate calendar entries for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and reminders Keep CRM, admin tasks, and documentation clean and up to date Deliver consistently against a clear sales target 🧠 What We’re Looking For Proven sales closer — confident on calls and video meetings Highly organised with strong admin and follow-up discipline Comfortable using web apps (Google Workspace, Calendar, Docs, etc.) CRM experience (HubSpot a bonus, not essential) Proactive, professional, and target-driven Independent thinker and doer 💸 What You Get Great base salary Commission on EVERY deal you close Tiered commission structure — every 6th deal increases your commission You earn throughout the sales process, not just at the end Uncapped earning potential 🌍 The Team & Culture Friendly, ambitious team based in Sarajevo Monthly meetups at our hub office Annual team retreat (villa, swimming pool, proper team-building) Clear targets, strong support, no micromanagement
