Here at Serco we’re looking for a FM Services Officer to join the team at HMP Fosse Way, Category C, male Prison .
Reporting to the Senior Engineer/Facilities Manager, the FM Services Officer forms part of a Works Service Team of multi skilled engineers as well as assisting other trades in their duties as may be required, forming part of a multi skilled team.

• Appropriately qualified having served a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent trade-based qualification.
• Flexible and proactive with a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement to working approach.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working in a security environment
• To be a team member of the Facilities “Out of hours” call out roster.
• The role is a key supporting function in the challenging environment of a secure establishment.
• The post holder is expected to function with a degree of independence
  This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office.
