Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules that maximize productivity while accommodating facility usage.
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to established standards of cleanliness and safety across all facilities.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Perform regular inspections of areas to identify cleaning needs and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked, maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule deep cleaning and maintenance activities without disrupting operational flow.
  • Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and manage cleaning budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective practices.
  • Implement training programs focused on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in cleaning technologies to improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile and Skills:

  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in facility management
  • Experience in facility management or operational services is added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and capable of multitasking.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the facility management industry.
  • Proficient in computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
