WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As our FM Team Manager, you will contribute to the provision of a consistent Facilities Management service across all offices by coordinating the team in delivering compliant, accessible, comfortable and attractive workplaces showing initiative and taking ownership of actions without being asked.
You will gather, actively monitor and report on site data to establish performance against team objectives. You will provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Director and National Facilities Manager including meeting support, diary management, support reviewing and processing expenses, resource and department planning.
This role will actively involve leading in practical, hands-on facilities tasks, contributing directly to the upkeep and smooth running of the office environment.
