Create PFMEA Plan template for programs and ensure completion by V0 + 4 weeks Facilitate FMA deliverable workshops for major programs at beginning of workstreams Monitor compliance to deviation standard for safety and high action priorities within PFMEAs Create additional foundational PFMEAs for new parts and processes as needed Ensure foundational PFMEAs are updated according to latest manufacturing strategies Establish timeline for program PFMEA audits and workshops to complete before program milestones Cross functionally develop upcoming FMA tools to ensure manufacturing needs are met Develop process to populate the control plan based on the new special characteristics communication process (SCCP) procedure Engage with PTME, Manufacturing, Quality, Body, Stamping, and Paint to streamline initiatives and share lessons learned Update the PFMEA procedure VOPGOG-212 as required and bring to the global team for alignment Support PD FMA team initiatives and provide feedback to the global team Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree Preferred (Engineering Based Preferred) Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering Experience w/automotive assembly tooling, processes, and facilities Understanding of PFMEA and failure mode avoidance principles Strong Project Management skills and result-oriented mindset Six Sigma Green Belt Strong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.) 3D CAD review abilities (Teamcenter, VisMockup, CATIA, or equivalent) Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Knowledge in the following Ford software systems: FEDE, WERS, GSPAS/APT, Teamcenter Experience in one or more of the following areas: Electrical Distribution Systems, Interior Ornamentation, Exterior Ornamentation, Glass Cells, Water Testing, Chassis, Powertrain, Tire and Wheel Assembly, Wheel Alignment, and/or Headlight AIM Experience with Error proofing and/or vision equipment Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner and escalate hard rocks Ability to be self-motivated (minimal direct supervision)
