Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-ownership, multi-functional commercial role with direct visibility to leadership. You’ll manage key national retail and eCommerce accounts, lead internal commercial reporting, and oversee NPD launches from commercial costing through to shelf.
Ideal for someone looking to broaden their impact beyond traditional sales or NAM work and help shape a growing FMCG brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow national retail and online accounts
  • Lead forecasting, pricing strategy, and trade spend tracking
  • Develop commercial dashboards and internal performance reports
  • Coordinate commercial meetings, tracking actions and progress
  • Project manage NPD launches, working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and ops
  • Drive commercial planning and performance across channels
  • Help build systems and structure as the commercial team expands
