JOB SUMMARY:

We are a supermarket chain group operating three supermarkets in Kuwait. We are seeking a highly experienced FMCG Operations Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector to oversee and manage operations efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role in the FMCG sector, particularly in F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of supermarket operations, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
