Our services includes recruitment, training and development, background checks, manpower outsourcing and HR Advisory Job Description Responsibilities: *Ensure visibility of company products in shops, streets, supermarkets, and open markets within the area assigned. *Track individual and team sales performance; provide feedback and coaching. *Implement daily and weekly sales plans and ensure the same for your sales team. *Hand key client issues and interactions and resolve escalated issues. *Prepare and present sales report on a weekly basis to management. *Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management. Qualifications Qualifications: *Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. *Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales with at least one year in a supervisory or team-leading position, and should know how to work in the role of ASM in bringing on primary sales orders from distributors. *Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a small team. *Experience in the oil, seasoning, and cube market.
