Description
Director, Occupational Medicine maintains and grows the occupational medicine service line, providing coordinated leadership across administration and operations. The leader establishes effective strategies for programs, products, and processes with the goal of increasing service line growth, efficiency, and customer experience. The leader manages all Occupational Medicine implementation tasks for new clinics as well as new clients. This position is responsible for supporting the mission and maintaining a strong working relationship with staff members throughout the organization. The Director of Occupational Medicine will maintain frequent contact with vendors, patients and community organizations when indicated.    
Responsibilities
The Director leads the occupational medicine service line by establishing strategies to increase growth, efficiency, and customer experience. They manage the implementation of new clinics and clients while maintaining relationships with staff, vendors, and community organizations.
