Managing a full caseload of clients with high level of customer service. Requirements Minimum one year experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred. Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus. Ability to organize and prioritize. Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member. Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word Excel and Outlook Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
