Description Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP to provide full-time, 4 mo. coverage to an employee/family based clinic in the Peoria, IL area. See details below: Contract: Feb 11 - March 27 (MWTh only) Hours: W-9a-6p, Th-9a-5p & F - 6a-12p Ages 3+, employees & their family members 6-9 ppd medication dispensed onsite, MA onsite will collect fees for dispensed meds Basic Primary Care/Family Medicine/Acute Care $90 per hour Paid Malpractice Paid Shadow Training prior to start Paid module Training (2 hrs from home) Requirements Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner Licensed Required BLS/CPR Certification Required 2+ years of experience as FNP required in family medicine Must be able to see patients 3+ Must be BC

Responsibilities
