Description Our agency is in need of an FNP for temporary/interim coverage at an employee/family based clinic in Reedsburg, WI. Details Start Jan 5, 12, 19, 26, Feb 2, 9, 16, 23, March 2 Hours: Mondays only, 7a-5p Basic family medicine for ages 2+ 8-10 patients per day $90 per hour Paid Malpractice Paid Shadow Training (4 hrs) Paid Module Training (2 hrs) Requirements Must have 2+ years in primary care as an FNP Must have active WI license Must be BC Must have clean background check
