Description Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of and FNP to provide PT coverage to an employee based clinic in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Details Specific Dates of Coverage : December 2, 4, 12, 19, 29 Hours: M, T & TH: 6:30a-5p, Weds: 7a-3p Primary/acute care for employees, spouses and dependents (Ages of children: 2+ for acute visits, PCP 12+) 8-10 patients per day Skills/licensures/requirements: Wart treatments with liquid nitrogen, lesion treatment/removal, controlled substance prescribing $90 per hour paid malpractice, shadow training, module training prior to start Requirements Must have active MI NP licensure Must have 2+ years primary care experience as an FNP Must be BC Must have clean background

Responsibilities

Provide part-time coverage for primary and acute care to employees, spouses, and dependents at an employee-based clinic. Manage 8-10 patients per day on specified dates in December.
