Description Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP to provide temporary coverage to an employee/family based clinic in Rockford, IL. Dec 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 23, 26, 29, 30 Jan 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 Hours: 7a-6p Employee/Family based Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit Must be comfortable seeing ages 2+ DOT certification $90 per hour Paid malpractice, shadow training, Athena EMR module training Requirements IL NP licensure BC 2+ years experience in primary care as an FNP Clean background check DOT certification

Responsibilities
