Whether working on a team or working solo on a project, the Foam Fabrication Specialist overcomes all obstacles to ensure a world-class product is delivered every time, on time! We want people who align with and can live our core values: We Say Yes We Hustle We Think Bigger We Keep Promises We Build People Up Job Summary and Job Functions Work with various materials such as foam, wood, metals, and plastics to complete creative projects Reading shop drawings to assess the project and assemble materials to specifications Applying paint and other coatings manually and with spray applicators Using power tools and hand tools to cut and prepare raw materials for assembly Sanding a variety of materials for different finishes Applying decal to a variety of materials Inspects finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly Inspect each project for quality and document each step in the process Follows all safety standards and procedures Keeps shop and work area clean and organized Works with a sense of urgency to meet short deadlines without compromising quality Interest and ability to work long hours and weekends as needed Crosstrain and assist in other departments, as needed Align with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People Up Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to be exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the position. Responsibilities
The Foam Fabrication Specialist will work with various materials to build, assemble, sculpt, and paint 3D foam products. They will ensure that all projects are completed to specifications and delivered on time.
