Description Job Description Required to utilize equipment to foam parts of various sizes and shapes Does minor repair to fixtures and cleans fixtures (ex. Bolts, clamps etc.) Changes foam gun blocks and fixtures Must understand all labor reporting methods and how to use the computer system. Responsible for foaming and assembling units in a proper manner that meets quality control standards Works from supervisor's or group leader’s written or verbal instructions. Must be able to use a variety of drills and small hand tools Must be safety conscious and be familiar with safety precautions for handling different chemicals Must be able to keep foaming lines clean and free of debris for safety purposes Required to clean foam line and foam gun at end of shift Must be able to wire using correct diagrams Requirements Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds. Handle potential hot and humid conditions. Regular standing, walking, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting Pushing and Pulling up to 30 pounds.
