• Support all FOC teams (CSD/DSP) in general administration tasks such as preparing flight utensils (flight envelopes, bug cards, reporting forms etc.) for EAT & other airlines
• Checking status if flight plans are submitted in Aviobook and if not, contacting crews
• Coordination of airside/landside transportation if required
• Facilitate all-around contact between crews and other departments such as Flight operations, Flight Crew Training, HR or HSE (IPads, Uniform fittings, Headsets, important documents, medical travel kits, high visibility vests etc.)
• Manage Lost & Found for all fleets
• First point of contact for all issues belonging to FOC / distribute/forward information to all FOC members / pass through information for flight crews on counter
• Additional duties and responsibilities are part of the individual procedures and/or may be assigned by the Manager FOC
