Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a new Waiter/Waitress and a Bartender to join our vibrant Nonna’s family. Both should be friendly, professional, and reliable. The ideal candidates will have great communication skills, positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality, but above all - they will intimately understand the intricacies of customer engagement, customer retention, and upselling.
We need people that are flexible, experienced, and eager to learn new skills. We are a well-organised and structured establishment with clearly defined hierarchy and job roles. The two open positions are for the A-team (consisting of highly experienced professionals) and as such we expect all applicants to have a high level of experience and expertise.
You will be provided with our Steps-Of-Service book and will be expected to follow our protocols.

If needed you will also be provided with:

• Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety Qualification
• Professional Barista training course at Doe & Fawn
• Wine training by our in-house Sommelier

Waiter/Waitress Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress - 2 years (minimum 1 year in a similar

establishment)

• Ability to work weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• A genuine passion for customer service

Bartender Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender (minimum 2 years)
• Experience in cocktail-making is a must!
• Experience in coffee-preparation needed (further Barista training will be provided)
• Knowledgable, personality, and charisma are essential
• Ability to work weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• A genuine passion for customer service

Compensation:
Pay is highly dependent on experience and performance. Skills such as upselling, deep knowledge of food and wine, specifically our menu, and a strong understanding of guest needs will increase earning potential. Along with a competitive hourly wage, you will also benefit from service charge and cash tips.
