We are looking for a positive, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of FOH Associate to help provide a unique and memorable experience to all of our guests at our 600 Bloor St W location.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests to the space in a warm, positive and professional manner
  • Introduce the guests to the brand concept, space, staff and key policies
  • Taking food and beverage orders, while making suggestions or providing assistance
  • Deliver food and beverages, in a professional courteous manner, to all tables
  • Assist customers with games selection and rules whenever needed/possible
  • Periodically check in on all guests to ensure food and beverage quality throughout their meal
  • Clear plates, glasses and utensils once guests have finished their meals, assist other FOH Support staff in clearing tables
  • Ensure flow of service through high volume periods, making sure reservations are set
  • Facilitate guest intake to the waitlist as needed while communicating with guests an estimate of expected wait times
  • Contacting guests on the waitlist when a table becomes available for them
  • Answering the phone in a polite and curious manner and assisting any guests needs or reservation requests over the phone
  • Ensuring all cleaning, stocking, pre and post shift tasks are completed as delegated by management
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by managers or supervisors
