JOB SUMMARY:
The FOH Bartender/Manager is an integral part of the restaurant. Your goal is to provide a high quality service that meet our exact specifications. Our team prides itself on being able to service our communities! Through our food and beverage programs, we ensure we are always making new friends and raising our existing guest’s expectations.
You are accountable for the FOH operations of the restaurant, knowing all the people and places around their establishment, attending local meetings and creating strategies. You will be the leader making sure our locations become an integral part of the community, ensuring we are always making new friends and raising our existing guest’s expectations.
You oversee and coordinate the planning, organization, training and leadership necessary to achieve targeted results in sales, costs, employee achievement, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
You will welcome guests and asses their wants and needs, helping them make decisions that will add to their experience. Perform portion control and minimize waste to maintain costs. Ensure beverages and plates are presented in a professional and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain clean work areas including all equipment, tables and shelves. Perform any additional tasks as required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least two years of management experience in a restaurant setting
· Excellent understanding of food and beverage and ability to manage and maintain the highest level of service excellence and profitability
· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; familiar with best industry practices
· Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
· Organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
· Ability to demonstrate sensitivity, objectivity, confidentiality, and good judgement when handling issues
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects; strong attention to detail
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and other web based applications
