Phil's BBQ is a great place to work! BUSSER The Busser is integral part of our BBQrew and plays an essential role to the success of the guest dining experience at Phil’s BBQ. The Busser greets and assists guests with their tableside dining needs such as plates, utensils, bibs, napkins, beverage refills, and condiments. Busser continues to provide legendary customer service by removing items from the table as guests finish their dining experience, provide to-go containers for any leftovers, wet naps and plastic bags as needed. Upon departing, the Busser removes any remaining dirty tableware, clears, cleans and resets tables and condiment stock as well as clean booths, chairs and the surrounding floor area as needed for the next party.
