We’re seeking a Front of House Duty Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Overseeing the front of house operation within Luton Airport
  • To supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach.
  • Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your position and to your team
  • Implement actions as directed to reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
  • Ensure the team applies the Safety Standards and relevant guidelines
  • Support and supervise direct reports to help drive an engagement culture at the site. Mentor and support the teams to ensure that they are effective within their positions
  • Liaise with suppliers based on business requirements, monitor performance and where necessary, propose improvements to line manager and implement agreed improvement actions.
