JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, restaurant management, and team leadership. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in bartending, restaurant management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus
• Team management skills are essential

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar
• Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff
• Develop and maintain cocktail menus
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
