Your Job Duties Will Be: • Supervise Server staff including Host/Hostess and Service Assistant (clean-up) staff • Supervise and Co-ordinate Service Assistant Staff with Dishwashing and Kitchen Cleaning • Monitor and supervise food service, quality and food safe standards • Monitor and enforce work safe standards in the Front of House. • Fast-paces environment and work under pressure. • Training and development of staff – job training, work safety, and hazardous materials Proud to be 100% Canadian-owned, Northland Properties' are recognized as one of the most trusted names in hotels, restaurants, resorts, sports, construction, and asset management.
