About Yardbirds Chicken
We started frying chicken at festivals and street food events and it turned out people loved our chicken! Fast forward to now: our first restaurant opened in Birmingham in 2022, and now we’re frying in Leamington Spa too!

The Role: FOH Manager (Temp)
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be a key part of creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. This role involves a variety of tasks from taking orders and serving food, to making cocktails and ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.

• Taking orders and running food to tables with efficiency and a smile.
• Engaging with guests, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering top-notch service.
• Mixing and serving cocktails, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Assisting in keeping the restaurant floor clean, organised, and presentable.
• Cellar management, including line cleaning.
• Bar Stock inventory.
  Hours

We’re open:

• Mon-Thurs: 5:30–10:30pm
• Fri: 5–11pm
• Sat: 12–11pm
• Sun: 12–9pm

You’ll need to be available for a mix of those hours. Weekends are essential.
