The Grainary is a warm and welcoming countryside venue with rooms, set in the heart of Harwood Dale between Scarborough and Whitby. We’re looking for a Front of House Manager who’s passionate about genuine hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a more personal, guest-focused setting – looking after our rooms and managing a smaller number of evening diners with care and attention to detail.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• FOH experience in boutique hospitality or smaller-scale venues
• A people person with great attention to detail and natural warmth
• Comfortable working solo or leading a small team in a calm, organised way
• Someone happy to turn their hand to a bit of everything in a varied, hands-on role
• Interest in social media and guest communications a bonus
