Bottle & Thyme is recruiting an Operations Manager to join our exciting, dynamic and forward thinking businesses. After 8 and a half years of trading, Bottle & Thyme has recently expanded into a brand new venue with a brilliant team who are dedicated to delivering high quality service and creating a memorable experience for our customers.

The following traits and abilities are essential:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in hospitality
  • A strong understanding of restaurant service and operational procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A calm, confident and positive attire, even under pressure
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, great food and drink and customer experience
  • Flexible with shifts (weekends and evenings included)

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead busy service and support the GM with the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with the owners and management team to develop and push the business forward
  • Motivate, manage, train and develop the FOH team, including monthly one-ones
  • Deliver amazing guest experiences
  • Help with rotas, stock management and ordering
  • Acting as a role model to uphold Bottle & Thyme’s brand and values
