Job Summary: Pie Associates provide Emporium Pie guests with an unparalleled guest experience. They are the hosts of the café and perform every task with top quality. Daily Tasks and Projects: First point of customer service, greeting and serving customers with a standard of excellence Operate all associate stations including bar, cutting station and POS Maintain bar and shop cleanliness Exhibit strong knowledge of our beverage and pie menu Create coffee, ice cream, and other pie related menu items to order, with attention to detail and consistency Job Qualifications: Minimum 17 years of age Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week Ability to attend every monthly staff meeting Ability to comply to punctuality and performance standards Required Education, Certification, or Experience: Food handler certification (completed within 30 days of hire) Previous customer service experience a plus, but not required Compensation and Benefits: $8.00 - $9.50 per hour + tips, based on experience 401k and Telehealth (including mental health) after 6-month employment Opportunity to participate in additional company benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) if 30 hr average over 6-month employment Bonuses and raises available, based on meeting performance goals Location Fort Worth, Texas Department EP Shop Staff Employment Type EP Hourly Minimum Experience Mid-level Compensation $8.00-$9.50

Responsibilities
