FINO VINO is looking for a Front of House professional to join our small team in a casual role.
The position is on a casual basis, with 25+ hours per week available, with opportunity to increase hours and responsibility as we approach the busy season. The business’ operating hours are Tuesday - Saturday dinner and Wednesday - Friday lunch.
FINO VINO is a restaurant and bar built on the ethos of thoughtful hospitality with a produce-driven food and beverage offering. The Fino brand has operated for two decades across three regions of South Australia and has been a touchstone for South Australian dining. Sharon Romeo and David Swain, whose business partnership spans 19 years, are known for their love of finely crafted things, which is reflected in all aspects of the business.

We are looking for a dedicated Front of House professional who shares our love for the hospitality industry and is keen to establish themself as a strong and reliable part of our small team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a section waiter
• Thoughtful, attentive and intuitive customer service
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid food and beverage knowledge with desire to grow in this area
• Ability to work efficiently, prioritise and use initiative
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively within a team
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Willingness to want to learn and develop your hospitality skills
• Be available to work weeknights and Saturday evenings
• Current RSA
• Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents
