Do you have a passion for the vibrant flavours of Caribbean cuisine and the craft beer industry? We are seeking an experienced and energetic Front of House manager to join our team at our restaurant and brewery.

Experience:

• Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred

• Ensuring that all checklists are implemented, completed and checked
• Ordering food and beverages
• Entering invoices
• Stocktake
• Cash up
• Meeting and greeting of guests
• Maintaining a consistent present on the floor
• Assisting FOH staff to ensure a smooth service
• Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
  Hours of Work: Between 5 - 6 shifts per week. This includes day shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
