JOB SUMMARY

The Team is seeking Hospitality and Food Service Industry Teammates.
Dedicated, Motivated, and Positive Individuals to join the whole team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will play crucial roles for a guest focused environment. Daily communication while maintaining cleanliness and organization within a restaurant environment is a must have/do emphasis; Always willing to lend a helping hand. Working day in/day out as a team ensuring that all internal and external guests enjoy an exceptional experience while exceeding expectations every visit.
The focus within this process is a creation in motion. The creation itself.
A restaurant exists only because of the guests/customers, and in particular repeat customers who voluntarily choose to return here for the experience while ordering/receiving their desired food and beverages provided by the team. Without the guests & customers, the team doesn’t have a purpose within the restaurant environment, they are the only reason the team is here. As a result, taking care of our guests & customers is the team’s highest priority, in fact a privilege, never an interruption. The guests & customers always come first!

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in the hospitality and service industry; a full food/beverage service restaurant environment, resort and/or hotel, events and/or special occasions, customer service focus is preferred.
  • Familiarity with restaurant service operations, including FoH and BoH is a plus.
  • Experience in food preparation or culinary roles will be beneficial for these team positions and roles.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards within the food industry is essential.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Team positional role responsibilities included but not limited to; Greeting / Seating Guests, Host / Hostessing, Guest / Table Support Assistants, Expediting / Food & Beverage Delivery, Serving / Bartending, Food / Beverage Support. Supporting the Whole Team within Daily/Weekly Business Operations through All Seasons at the restaurant.
