Located in the heart of Fernwood, Bistrot L'Stage is a vibrant neighbourhood bistrot featuring globally inspired dishes. We showcase the best local and organic products, with a strong focus on supporting small, family-run businesses, all while paying homage to beloved French and European classics.

Our beverage program is crafted with the same integrity. Our cocktail menu is ever-evolving, focusing on unique, local ingredients and many spirits made right in-house. Our wine list is distinctively curated, featuring rare and unique varietals from all over the world. To offer our guests something truly different, we intentionally step away from the saturated local market to bring international hidden gems to their glasses.

The Role

We are gearing up for the busy Belfry Theater season and the upcoming holidays, and we are looking for a versatile Server/Bartender to join our small, tight-knit team. Because we are a small crew, cross-training is essential; the ideal candidate will feel equally confident delivering exceptional service on the floor and crafting cocktails behind the wood.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years of serving experience in a similar style venue (elevated fine dining or casual sharing plates).
• Versatility: Comfortable and capable of working both as a server and a bartender.
• Thirst for Knowledge: A deep passion for wine and a strong desire to learn. Our global wine list can be daunting, so we need someone who takes initiative and responsibility for their own continuing education.
• Availability: Looking for coverage for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with the possibility of full-time hours for the right fit.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude ready to tackle the busy theater and holiday rushes alongside a dedicated team.
