Zhima, in the buzzing city-centre of Glasgow, is a refined Chinese restaurant focussing on bold flavours, elegant cocktails and first-class service. We are looking for people with a flair for customer service to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis.
You must have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work evenings and weekends on a weekly rota. You must be available to work during the festive period.
£12.21 - £15 per hour, which includes tronc tips.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability in December, including between Christmas and New Year.
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is preferred, but not required

• Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Upsell menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Process guest payments using cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods
