JOB OVERVIEW

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. SKILLS

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in food service or hospitality roles.
  • Proficient in using POS systems, specifically SNAPPY POS is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to create a welcoming environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
