Utilizing your leadership skills and strong work ethic, you will enhance guest satisfaction while guiding your team towards operational excellence. Opening and Closing Procedures: Efficiently manage the opening and closing tasks for the shop, including setting up and breaking down stations, ensuring all systems are operational, and conducting end-of-shift audits. Station Management: Work across all front-of-house stations to ensure smooth operation, adherence to service standards, and proper training. Training: Provide training and support to new and existing staff, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the company's service standards. Guest Services/Hospitality: Ensure excellent guest service by addressing guest needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Comps and Voids: Manage and authorize comps and voids as necessary, ensuring proper documentation and approval. Clock Ins and Outs: Check and verify clock ins and clock outs to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll records. Labor and Sales Reports: Review labor and sales reports to determine staffing needs and adjust labor levels for the shift. Quality Oversight: Monitor and oversee each front-of-house position to ensure quality work and adherence to company standards. Requirements Requirements: Must be 18+ years old. Valid food managers and TABC certificates. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25-50 lbs. Prolonged periods of standing and navigating the kitchen environment.
