Description Summary of Position Responsible for running FOH sound at weekly gatherings, ensuring that the audio quality of the mix is consistent, from service preparation and sound check to the close of the service, utilizing understanding of audio routing and ME’s. Competencies: 1. Ability to mix levels within the parameters of the MH mix foundation. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of Allen & Heath GLD112, SQ6, and/or Qu16 consoles. 3. Ability to pay close attention to detail. 4. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a way that honors God and others. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Run FOH sound for Sunday gatherings, beginning at 7am band run-through until end of last service. 2. Run FOH for special events as needed. 3. Properly start up and shutdown all tech gear relating to position. 4. Attend and support Essentials training and band rehearsals as needed. Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is running Front of House (FOH) sound for weekly gatherings, ensuring consistent audio quality from preparation through service conclusion by utilizing knowledge of audio routing and monitor engineering (ME's). Duties also include running FOH for special events as needed and managing the proper startup and shutdown of all related technical gear.
