We’re on the lookout for dynamic, customer-focused Front of House staff to join the team at Cactus Jack’s Redcliffe on a casual basis.
If you’ve got experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, a passion for delivering outstanding service, and love being part of a team that feels more like family – we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months FOH/waitressing experience in a busy venue
• Strong understanding of table service, taking orders, and handling payments
• Confident with POS systems and cash/card handling
• Great communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• A friendly attitude and professional presentation
• RSA certificate (must be current)

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Run food and drinks to tables
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, sections, and FOH area
• Handle customer queries or concerns with professionalism
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
