OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, and possess strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Experience with catering services or banquet operations is advantageous but not required.
