The Annandale Hotel is a small, food-focused venue – we’re not your average pub. Our style of service is closer to a restaurant, and we always go the extra mile for our guests.
We’re looking for a hands-on Shift Manager who can lead by example, keep the team motivated during quieter times, and ensure busy shifts run like clockwork. You’ll be comfortable jumping on the floor or behind the bar, and you’ll have the confidence to take charge when it counts.

• 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends (full-time hours)
• Setting up and closing the venue
• Balancing tills and handling cash
• Monitoring and supporting staff during service
• Maintaining high service standards at all times
