POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to lead our team and ensure the seamless operation for Bar Prequel. The Floor Manager will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable guest experience, maintaining high service standards, and optimizing the overall efficiency of the establishment.
Responsibilities:Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the front-of-house staff, including mixologists, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Provide training, guidance, and feedback to enhance employee performance and ensure consistent service quality.
GUEST EXPERIENCE:
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Oversee the implementation of service standards to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume cocktail bar or restaurant setting.
In-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to implement them effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
