We’re looking for a confident and experienced FOH Supervisor to join the leadership team at Rose St, our flagship venue in Fitzroy. Working closely with the Venue Manager and Melbourne FOH Manager, you’ll help lead a high-performing team and ensure every guest interaction reflects Lune’s trademark standard of service.
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and brings both calm and energy to every shift.
Responsibilities
Leading service and supporting daily FOH operations
Coaching and guiding the team during shifts
Handling guest feedback with professionalism
