We are now currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House team member and Supervisor to join our famiglia.
About the Role:
As our Front of House Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading the floor team, ensuring service runs smoothly, and creating an atmosphere where every guest feels like part of the family. You’ll work closely with management to uphold Il Vento’s standards of excellence while coaching and supporting our FOH team.

What Your Role Entails:

  • Lead and support FOH staff during service
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and quality guest experiences
  • Assist with training, rostering, and mentoring team members
  • Manage bookings, floor plans, and customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Uphold and maintain high standards of service and presentation
  • Be hands-on in creating a warm, professional, and memorable dining environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm and proactive under pressure
  • A passion for Italian cuisine and genuine hospitality
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
