Position: FOH Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a café or barista setting
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Leadership and team-building skills to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating beverages and serving baked goods
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Intermediate level of French
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house team, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors
  • Work with the General Manager to lead & mentor a team of front-of-house staff. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing training, and inspire team members to excel in their roles
  • Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of FOH operations. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Manage daily operations, including opening & closing procedures. Coordinate with the bakery team to maintain smooth service
  • Preparing quality beverages for guests, in a timely manner and following set recipes and procedures
  • Continuously train and develop FOH staff to enhance their knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service
  • Maintaining our environment by upholding optimal setup, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute daily tasks procedures efficiently
  • Monitor inventory and inform the management about product needs
  • General knowledge of store POS system and credit/debit machine, and handling cash responsibly
