Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and hospitable FOH Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven experience in hospitality operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily FOH operations including host desk, dining room, and guest interactions. Ensure smooth shift transitions and uphold service standards. Manage POS systems and oversee accurate cash handling procedures. Support and train hosts and servers to maintain high levels of hospitality. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of FOH areas. Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service. Preferred Skills Conflict resolution and team leadership. Familiarity with scheduling and shift planning. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Previous knowledge of OpenTable software Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Proven host desk experience with guest greeting and seating coordination. Proficient in cash handling and POS systems. Prior serving experience in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability. Exceptionally hospitable with a guest-first mindset. Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture. Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances. Able to lift 50lbs
