Position Overview
We are seeking a Front of House (FOH) Supervisor/Server to join our team. In this role you will lead shifts, support the FOH team, and provide outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and passionate about customer service, with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support FOH staff during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Lead by example by serving tables, taking orders, and engaging with guests.
  • Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with management to drive sales, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server; supervisory/lead experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Smart Serve certification required.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$29.22 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
