JOB OVERVIEW

The Front of House Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while being part of the front of house management team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations and food production processes is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
